Traditional machinery and techniques can be used with the new composite materials.

Different contractors use different guides to suit their own techniques and site conditions.

Replacement existing walls which have lost their structural integrity is relatively simple. Here the new composite SuperLoc wall is installed in front of the timber wall and tied back behind the timber wall. Note, tie rods and components are available in composite which alleviate the future problems of corrosion of these elements.

Drilling the hole for the tie rod.

The engineering design is flexible, here the new composite wall is tied back to the building footings. The area between the wall and footings is dewatered and filled in accordance with the construction programme.

Composite sheet piles profiles suit the purpose and engineering design of every project, making installation easier and quicker.

Profiles are simple and temporary.

Lighter and smaller machinery can be utilised as composite material are significantly lighter than other traditional materials.

Even sites with limited access can utilise composite materials.

Using equipment such as mandrels allows composite sheets to be driven sheets into difficult soils and toed in where necessary.

Other standard pneumatic equipment can be used for installation.

Not only different equipment but different machines can be utilised and there is no need for additional machinery for installation.

A variety of attachments are available and can be used for installation of composites.
